If it wasn't enough that we just celebrated our little one's 3rd b-day

(reminding us how quickly time flies)

less than a month later we were celebrating two more...

giving us now TWO TEENAGERS in the house!!

CABO is 14!!!!

Come on with some flamin' french toast, how 'bout it?

Because Caleb's b-day was on a schoolday,

we decided to wait until our Thursday night youth group time to celebrate.

And celebrate we did!

Lots of fun with the HaHa game,

the human knot,or the not-human knot,

and the something or other game where you sit on each other's laps..

Then we headed outdoors for some water bombing!

Mom didn't think they got wet enough so she decided to get 'em with the water hose!

Onto the FOOD...can anyone say, PIZZA!

Apay Locu Duwa ge Upundina (Our eldest daughter's b-day)

Remember Susanthika* from the girl's home?

Well, since she left she has come to know Christ and

has become like another daughter to us. This month she celebrated a birthday!

We wanted to make it special for her so we took her a cake and some gifts... She was definitely one happy 18 yr-old!

Remember our the tradition here...first piece of cake is fed to EVERYONE!!

This is Susanthika's* uncle, 3 cousins and a neighbor...

This happened to be during the celebration of Wesok (Buddha's birth, life and "enlightenment").

Brookie's Berry Happy 3rd Birthday

Wow! Can it really be? Our baby girl is 3! It's hard to believe this little one came to South Asia when she was only 8 months old. We have had sooo much fun watching her grow! "Brooke" literally means, "Refreshing Spirit," and boy, has she ever been that! She is such a precious blessing! She is so funny that she continually keeps us laughing!

Because we were going to be heading to the girls' home on her actual birthday, we decided to celebrate a couple of days early. Here's our fun... Brooke's cake is ready!

We had so much fun with musical chairs at Erin's party, we decided to play again!

Being a little exhausted, we headed out for supper.

After we returned, we just HAD to play one of the games we didn't get to at the party--

Two days later was Brooke's REAL birthday!

And for her special day...her requested breakfast...CEREAL!
