Ella Mac is 4!

Can you believe our little Erin is 4 now? Boy, we can't! She sure has been a joy these years that God has blessed us with her! She loves having tea parties with her little sister and having her big sister dress her up like a princess. She loves it when her big,big brother takes her on bike rides and her big, little brother plays "mommy and daddy" with her. Here are some pics from her special day(s).

Saturday
Is that a Strawberry PopTart? It sure is, thanks to the Learning Express in Greenwood, SC! It may be crumbled, but that's what Ella wanted for her special birthday breakfast. Seeing how her Daddy, Cabo and Allie Cat were away at the training, mom thought it was a good idea. Yep, she even had a candle to blow out as per our tradition.

After breakfast, we started in on the cake decorating. Heshni* had offered to bake it the day before and again, since Dad was away...(you got it, my thoughts exactly)...you go to it girlfriend!

What's it gonna be?

Mommy's birthday girl had to help!

Of course Dee had to help as well. Brooke's part? Licking the bowl...and the chopstick...and the spoon...and the...

Even Heshni* had a turn! Well, she should have since she made the icing, too! Guess you can tell what it is by now, huh?

TAH-DAH!!!! It's Ella Mac and Strawberry Shortcake!! Are they cute or what? How'd we do Nancy? Heshni* said if I make order (If someone paid me to do this cake) it would be 1500 Rupees...that's $15...a huge amount for here!

The cake had to go back in the oven to wait until the next day, but after a birthday supper at the Spaghetti & Company in a nearby tourist town...the gift came out...
Is she a big girl or what?

Did you know Bubby (aka Cabo) taught his little sister Aggie to ride her bike without training wheels a l-o-n-g time ago? Looks like he's up for the challenge with this female, too!

Sunday

And last but not least, it's finally time for Erin to be 4. Yes, she has been 4 for almost 24 hours now, but in her mind, she just isn't 4 until she has birthday party!!!

We had just a small party after our worship time at the Villa. Erin got to blow out her candles (which took awhile) and open her gifts...lots of girlie-girl goodies (bangles, fingernail polish, pocket books, Cinderella movie, Barbie bookbag, etc). Then we headed to Koggala for lunch and SWIMMING! (sorry no pics of that!)

OK, so there you have it...our little princess is 4!
